Even though first parcell what i received....was looking good from outside, when i opened thenparcell the ghee smell eas comina the paper box was completly wet and as i oped it, the glass bottle was broken into pieces and could not uset it was full of glass pieces ...so i took a photo and sent it....and immodiatly they said sprry and said they will send a replacement and i got the replacement with in 7 days ....this time the bttle was good.....thak you..
