A Legacy of Pure Tradition

Three generations. One unbroken promise. Rooted in our ancestral village, carried forward to your kitchen.

— Welcome —

Rawat's Farm is not a modern factory-made brand. It is a family legacy.

Deeply rooted in tradition, purity, and generations of trust, our ancestral family has always been connected with dairy farming and traditional food practices.

Long before Rawat's Farm became a brand, our daily life revolved around cows, fresh milk, curd, chaach, and homemade ghee. This was not just work for us — it was our way of life.

Growing Up Around Desi Cows
Where It Began

Growing Up Around Desi Cows

Our farm is based in our ancestral village, where we grew up closely connected with nature and desi cows.

For us, cows have never been just animals — they have always been treated with care, respect, and gratitude, like family. Our daily routine involved feeding cows, milking them, preparing curd, chaach, butter, and traditional ghee at home.

Healthy cows create pure nourishment. That belief shapes everything we do.

Our cows are raised with care, allowed to graze freely, and fed naturally. We do not believe in shortcuts that compromise their wellbeing.

A Family Business Since 1995
A Defining Moment

A Family Business Since 1995

In 1995, our family formally started this business, carrying forward the knowledge and traditional practices passed down through generations.

Even though our family is now settled in Jaipur, our roots remain strongly connected to our village and the values we grew up with.

Rawat's Farm continues to operate as a true family business — not a factory setup, not a mass production plant.

Every stage of the process is closely monitored by our family to ensure the same trust and care that we would expect for our own home.

— The Why —

Why We Started Rawat's Farm

Over the years, we saw something deeply concerning. The market was increasingly filled with adulterated and heavily processed ghee. Products were being sold in the name of purity, but consumers found it harder and harder to trust what they were buying.

Growing up, we were always taught that pure ghee is not just food — it is nourishment. In traditional Indian households, ghee has always been valued as something that supports overall wellbeing when made the right way.

But today, many people have forgotten what authentic ghee actually looks, smells, and feels like. Having witnessed the authentic bilona process ourselves since childhood, we felt a responsibility to bring that purity back.

That is how Rawat's Farm began.

Preserving the Ancient Bilona Tradition
The Method

Preserving the Ancient Bilona Tradition

We make our ghee using the traditional Bilona method — an ancient Indian process that values patience over shortcuts.

Milk is first converted into curd, then churned traditionally to separate makkhan (butter), and then slow-cooked with care.

We follow traditional slow cooking practices using natural heat sources, because we believe authenticity lies in respecting time-tested methods — not industrial speed.

This is not factory-made ghee. This is traditional family-made ghee.
Built on Trust, Not Mass Production
Our Promise

Built on Trust, Not Mass Production

Rawat's Farm is not a plant-based manufacturing operation producing ghee at scale.

We remain personally involved in the process — from sourcing to preparation to packaging.

Each batch goes through multiple quality checks to maintain consistency, purity, and trust.

When a product enters someone's kitchen, quality should never be compromised.
— Our Journey —

From Local Trust to Serving All of India

Our journey started locally. When our friends, family, and local customers experienced our ghee and shared positive feedback, it gave us confidence that this purity deserved to reach more homes.

That encouragement inspired us to take Rawat's Farm beyond our local community and begin serving families across India.

Journey
— The Vision —

An India where pure ghee lives in every home.

Our vision has always been bigger than business. We dream of an India where adulterated ghee no longer has a place in people's kitchens.

We want to make authentic, pure ghee accessible to as many households as possible — which is why we have always tried to keep our pricing fair and honest.

For us, this is about more than selling ghee. It is about building a healthier future, supporting stronger families, and contributing to a generation that grows with better nourishment and better health.

From Our Family

Rawat's Farm carries generations of values, in every jar.

From our ancestral village roots to homes across India, our promise remains simple.

Pure traditions.

Honest ghee.

Trusted by families.
