Rawat's Farm ("we", "us", "our", "Rawat Ghee") is a registered business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We make and sell traditional A2 Vedic Bilona Ghee and related products.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

  • You are using our Services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes (unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for bulk or wholesale orders)

3. Account Registration

You may browse our website without creating an account. To place an order, you may need to provide your contact and delivery details.

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
  • You must not share your account with anyone else

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms.

4. Products and Pricing

About our products

Rawat Ghee is a perishable food product. Each batch is hand-crafted, which means small variations in colour, granular texture (daanedar), and aroma between batches are natural and expected — never a defect.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
  • We do our best to display accurate prices, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or offer a full refund

Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, especially during festive seasons or for bulk orders
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email or message.

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to):

  • Insufficient stock
  • Errors in product information or pricing
  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Delivery issues to your location
  • Failure to meet payment requirements

If we cancel a confirmed order, we will refund any payment received within 7–10 working days.

6. Payment

We accept payment through our authorised payment partners, which may include:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, AmEx)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)
  • EMI options (where available)

All online payments are processed by secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full card or UPI details. You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

7. Shipping and Delivery

In summary:

  • We ship across India
  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout
  • Risk of damage transfers to you once the parcel is delivered to your shipping address

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns and refunds for our perishable food products are governed by our https://www.rawatsfarm.com/pages/refund-policy which forms part of these Terms.

Because ghee is a sealed food product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we offer full replacements or refunds for damaged, expired, or incorrect items — please see the Refund Policy for full details.

9. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce our website content without permission
  • Reverse-engineer or interfere with how our website works
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, accounts, or data
  • Use our website to distribute viruses, spam, or malicious content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
  • Resell our products without an authorised distributor agreement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these Terms.

12. Health Information Disclaimer

Information about our ghee — including health benefits, traditional uses, and Ayurvedic references — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have allergies, dairy intolerance, a medical condition, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before consuming our ghee. While we follow strict purity standards, our ghee is made from cow's milk and is not suitable for vegans or those with severe dairy allergies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, courier strikes, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, etc.)

This clause does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

You agree to defend and indemnify Rawat's Farm against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

15. Termination
